Take your chance to rent a nice, unique lake view-house. The house is located in a small and quiet subdivision called “Canyon Lake Island” right beside the famous “Potters Creek Park”. Enjoy the nice lake view from the living-room, kitchen/dining room, the pool or the backyard. The whole property is fenced and gated. So you can just relax and be sure to have privacy without the postman or other persons interrupting your day in the pool.

Our experience shows that the amount of used electric for this house, depending on the usage of the heater/air conditioner, freezers and other appliances varies between 50kWh and 150kWh/day.
The meter will be read when you arrive at the house and when you leave the house after your vacation.
Electric rate per additional used kWh: 0.12 USD.

Minimum Stay: 2nights on weekends/3nights midweek. 2nights midweek possible for the higher weekend rate.
Monthly rate is not including electric. 2 Month minimum stay for the low monthly rate.

This is a excellent vacation house. We had a wonderful time even though the lake was low as all the lakes are this year. I would recommend this rental to anyone that would like to just get away for a peaceful vacation or even a weekend.

This property was all it was advertised to be and more. It was very comfortable and well maintained inside and out. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing, yet very convenient to attractions in the area. Our two Wire Fox Terriers were very happy with our selection. The fenced yard was perfect and the dog door gave them independence. The owner is very accommodating and the housekeeper always available. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had great walks. We were visited at least twice each day by the local deer population. It is a great family home and perfect retreat for a girls or guys get-away. Restaurants and markets are not close by, so come prepared with snacks or shop in Gruene or New Braunfels before heading out to the site. We hope to spend more time there in the future.

Thanks a lot for this nice vacation! There are cheaper rentals available, but this house was worth every single cent. Very professional processing of the booking, extreme friendly and professional service for check-in and check-out. Very nice and well equipped place – It felt like home from the first minute on. And last but not least: The house was clean and shiny upon arrival.

Very friendly and helpful owner. We cold always get in touch with him, even if he lives far away in Germany. He's using a company and local people for opening up the house and other services. When we arrived, a friendly man showed us all necessarily details within the house and the property. As an addition we enjoyed a daily maid service in the morning. This wasn't cheap but a great and well worth addition to our vacation.
The property is big and we could use the carport to park our boat away from the sun.
