Its oversized bedrooms each come with its own patio area for that added privacy. The st.lucian villa comfortably sleeps 6 but can accomodate 8 persons with use of the added outside bedroom area. On a clear day the villa boasts views of the neighbouring island, Martinique which can be enjoyed from its large patio area with infinity pool. This ocean view villa in Cap Estate praises itself for a perfect view of the horizon line. Viewtique St.lucia is 10 minutes drive to the nearest beach, Pigeon Island and 15 minutes drive to Rodney Bay's shops, malls, nightlife, restaurants and other beaches. Housekeeping service is included and is three days a week. A chef can be requested.

Cap Estate is the most prestigious part of the island of St.lucia consisting of 15,000 acres of prime property. The majority of properties in cap estate are known for its views, architecture and large sizes. The residental and hotel area consist of an 18 hole golf course, tennis club and Pigeon island beach. Known for its mountainousness, the Cap Estate area has some of the most stunning views to the tip, north of st.lucia. Any hotel or accommodation in the area, would need a vehicle for easy access.
