Included is a SEPARATE GUEST STUDIO APARTMENT adjacent to the home, also near the pool. Most areas are air-conditioned. The home has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. New clothes washer & dryer. There is a single garage and additional secure parking for 2 cars inside our gates.

Night life in Le Cap d'Antibes itself is non-existent... but you will find a very well-developed nightlife in Antibes (lots of cafes/bars) and Juan les Pins (cafes/bars and dance/night clubs). Take a tour of famous old Antibes with numerous restaurants, shops, seaside restaurants, Musee Picasso, and so much more.
