This home is located in a calm & exclusive neighborhood known as Cap d' Antibes. A highly sought after area similar to Beverly Hills or Palm Beach, near the historic fortress town of Antibes. The main house is on one level. ALL NEW BEDS of high quality.
Step outside the large master bedroom to your private pool. There are 5-6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in the main house. King bed (210 m2) in master bedroom + jetted massage shower in master bathroom.
Included is a SEPARATE GUEST STUDIO APARTMENT adjacent to the home, also near the pool. Most areas are air-conditioned. The home has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. New clothes washer & dryer. There is a single garage and additional secure parking for 2 cars inside our gates.
Enjoy a wonderful meal and glass of Provencal wine on the rear deck, offering the very famous sea view Monet painted of Antibes. Close to sandy Garoupe and Salis beaches
Nice private location. Neighbors have no view of pool area or most of yard. High privacy bushes surround yard. No noisy scooters/motorbikes going by at all hours.

Night life in Le Cap d'Antibes itself is non-existent... but you will find a very well-developed nightlife in Antibes (lots of cafes/bars) and Juan les Pins (cafes/bars and dance/night clubs). Take a tour of famous old Antibes with numerous restaurants, shops, seaside restaurants, Musee Picasso, and so much more.

Antibes Train Station is the most convenient. Antibes is on the Paris-Nice line. Fast trains (TGV) from Paris stop at Antibes, as well as sleeper trains. There are also local trains serving most of the coastal towns from Nice to Marseille. Nice airport is 19 km away.
