Description of the Cape Canaveral vacation condo rental

Simply Sensational!This luxurious condo on the beach, is in a lovely gated community with 24 hour security, in the city of Cape Canaveral, Florida. Enjoy views of the beach, watch the cruise ships sail in and out of Port Canaveral from your beach with a private gated entrance for added security. The unit has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and has modern comfortable contemporary furnishings throughout. Additionally, we have a hearing impaired smoke detector for your safety and convenience.

The master suite has sliding doors to the balcony, a king size bed, matching dresser with mirror, two nightstands, a flat panel TV, two walk in closets, master bath with dual mirrored vanities, separate shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a T.V/VCR cabinet with plenty of drawer space. The third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, flat panel TV with DVD player, and a wall to wall closet. The second bath is accessible from both the second bedroom and the foyer. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and an island. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and utility sink.

Unit Amenities: Local telephone service, High Speed Cable Internet Service, high efficiency central air conditioning, cable TV, color TVs are located in each bed room and in the living room, most have DVD and/or VCR players along with ports for your video games; the Kitchen has, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with in-door water and ice, cooking utensils are provided; bed linens, beach and bath towels are also provided; washer/dryer, utility sink and iron; the unit has ceiling fans in living room and in the second and third bedrooms; the spacious balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture.

Our Building has a secured keypad entrance, two elevators, and plenty of parking. Please, no smoking and no pets in our unit. The association does not allow boats, motor homes, trailers, house trailers or camping trailers on site. RV parking is available nearby(Jetty Park).

Close to all Central Florida area attractions just 45 minutes from Disney World. Enjoy any of the four swimming pools located within our community. Play tennis or racquetball,or spend time in our gym atop the club house.
Activities in the immediate area: Our world famous beach, various golf courses and mini golf courses, tennis and racquetball courts, and a fitness center, amusement parks are a short drive away, antiquing, fishing charters, many restaurants, new cinemas are located in Merritt Island, boating, jet skiing, parasailing, sailing, shelling, shopping, sightseeing, snorkeling, surfing and surfing lessons are available, swimming, water-skiing, windsurfing.In Cape Canaveral you will never run out of things to do. Unless, you just want to relax.

Most Space Shuttle and rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center, can be viewed right from our beach. Port Canaveral has restaurants, a boat ramp, cruise ship terminals, shops and off-shore fishing charter boats and is located a short walk from our development

Located adjacent to Port Canaveral is Jetty Park; a public park that has a beach with a fishing pier, a children's playground, camp grounds and a newly renovated snack shop.

World famous Cocoa Beach is adjacent to the CIty of Cape Canaveral and is home to beautiful beaches, surfing, and The Cocoa Beach Pier, just to name a few local attractions.

Other areas within close proximity of our development are; NASA Space Center, Patrick Air Force Base and the City of Cocoa Historic District, various outlet malls. Neighboring Florida cities include; Coca, Cocoa Beach, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Merritt Island, Orlando, St. Augustine and Titusville, Viera, many more.

I spent 6 weeks in this beautiful, well decorated condo. The building is new and is located in a beautiful gated community just a short distance from the beach. There is high speed internet connection. The kitchen is new and very well equipped. The master bath is huge with a very large day tub I found an additional surprise. It's located close to Cape Kennedy and you can watch the Space shuttle launches from the beach or tour the space center. Orlando is just an hour away. The owner is very helpful and professional. She has an assistant that lives nearby and will help you during your visit. Don't miss this beautiful condo. I'll be back next year.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous!! It is located very close to everything and is very tastefully decorated. The owner is super nice and everything was just as perfect as the picture on the internet. The beach was wonderful too! We had the best vacation ever at this rental and highly recommend it!!!
