You are looking at a beautiful and very comfortable one bedroom, one bath, Completely Furnished condo located in sunny Cape Canavarel.

Very comfortable futon In living room, sleeps 2.

Have a glass of wine and relax into the evening on your screened in backporch.

The queen matress in the bedroom is only 2 years old and extremely comfortable.

There are also lounge chairs that wheel out to the beach for your convenience.

All furnishings are included. Everything that you need. Just bring your bathing suit and your toothbrush.

• Deposits: Deposits: Initial Deposit of $500.00. Cancellations must be received 60 days prior for refund of deposit. Refundable upon final inspection.
   
• Other Fees: $25.00 Non Refundable Key Fee for Gate Pass. And $100.00 cleaning fee will be applied to security deposit on all rentals. $50.00 fee lost keys to Beach, Pool and Exercise room.
