This is a NON SMOKING one story condo that has a Queen Size Bed and a Queen Sofa Bed in the living room. The beach is just a short walk away from the condo.

Less than 2 miles to Cocoa Beach, conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

Pets are allowed(extra fee required).

Enjoy the daily activities in the Cocoa Beach area (less than 2 miles), visit any of the theme parks in Orlando or Kennedy Space Center and come back to your tranquil condo away from the big crowds and enjoy a glass of wine or a nice walk at the beach.
