Our stay a week ago was hampered by some rain but hey it's florida. arrival from sanford airport was an hour ish easy drive. first impression, complex new clean, not overly huge. Condo very clean, very nicely decorated, cozy yet open, all kitchen conveniences there .( disposer not working at the time, reported to owner ) local menus, attraction leaflets left from former guests was handy .(liked vitto's pizza ) (loved Florida seafood company ) lots nearby , ron jon's , cocoa beach pier, mc Donalds 24 hr. , convience store, and down the road we found the best prices on groceries at Winn Dixie ( I signed up early, or ask at the check out for the shoppers card and got extra discounts). Really liked the Murphy bed for a change,like a campout. the walkin closet was super convienient, stocked with beach chairs,umbrellas, toys,little boogie boards, fishpole and equipment, just about everything you need at the beach except a cooler bag which we brought in our luggage. bikes were a cool idea but didn't get to use. Very short distance to pool and icemaker, and just a 2 min walk to a wide open clean beach , lots of shell hunting not alot of people when we were there, just a couple of ice cream vendors that would pass by with a hello. grab a newspaper or info at the helpful" front desk" security was seen patrolling both evening and early morning , parking was at the door of the first floor condo that has a small gated front porch with chairs and small drink tables with awnings over head, did get wet because of the blowing rain , inside pros a shower/tub combo and shower in toilet room, separate sink , mirror dressing area. long counter lots of storage, tons of cleaning needs, vac, broom and dust pan, trash bags,paper products , new appliances. Cons: garbo didn't work, low water pressure in kit. sink, also believe it caused the dish washer and clothes washer to run slowly, need kitchen cloths for hand washing and drying. operators manuels for everything except washer/dryer unit ( owner said she would get one for the following guests )that was differently operated than mine and worked very slowly just to wash. maybe my lack of knowledge. t.v. reception on some channels cloudy , things other than that were very minimal. except upon arrival there were quite a few dead roaches of sometype on the floors. prob. from a recent spraying, and due to moisture outside, never saw another one alive or dead , place is Super Clean. LOVED IT , COMFY COUCH TOO , GO ENJOY YOURSELF.

The place was nice, clean, had everything we needed. It suited my husband and I perfectly, but if you had more adults it would be a bit odd because you have to access the bathroom through the bedroom. The beach is right there, the pool and hot tub were great. The owners were easy to work with and prompt with returning calls and emails. Definitely would stay there again.

We are from Indiana and it was our first time staying in Cape Canaveral. We had no idea where to stay. We took a chance on this location. Glad we did, the condo was great. It was located in a good spot, close to everything and right on the beach. It was everything we were hoping for.

The condo was very clean and easily found. The bikes were a nice plus since I was traveling with my parents who weren't particularly interested in hanging out on the beach and the pool all of the time. The only negatives I have were it took a long time to dry things in the dryer, and I wish we could have stayed longer!
