Welcome to Unit 101 at the Cape Winds Resort, part of the Stay In Cocoa Beach family!

This is a bright OCEAN FRONT CORNER UNIT with floor to ceiling glass! This condo has it all, from granite countertops and a 46” Plasma TV to free high speed wireless internet. Also, you cannot get any closer to the beach (25 steps from your back door!). The complex itself is a top destination for vacationers in the area with their excellent location (under a mile to the pier & Ron Jon’s) and lots of on site amenities (heated pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, basketball courts). You can watch the cruise ships leave port and have an excellent view of the Kennedy Launch Pads. On top of it, you are only 45 minutes to Orlando and all the fun of Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea world while being able to stay on the beach.

Your balcony opens onto lush grass, palm trees and the ocean! Because you are on the first floor you can walk right onto the beach without dealing with elevators or stairs. You will find this condo is very well decorated and has everything you could need for your trip including the washer and dryer. You are near lots of great restaurants and lots to do. Fabulous!!!!!!

This condo was every thing it promised and so much more. My husband and I were blown away. My husband and I go to Cocoa Beach Florida every winter and this is the nicest place we have every stayed. So much attention to detail to make the furnishing beautiful and comfortable. The bed is great and the complex is extremely well maintained and quiet! Both full bathroom had beautiful thick bath sheets and the decor is bright and cheery. The kitchen has every thing, and I mean every thing you could need. Just grab some food and you won't need to buy a single thing. Sitting on the balcony over looking the ocean having breakfast in the morning We will never stay at an overpriced hotel again. Clean, comfortable, quiet and beautiful is the best way to discribe this fabulous condo. Thanks to the owners who have put so much effort into making this a little piece of heaven!!!! We will be coming back for many years to come.

Unit was quiet with a beautiful view. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However a few problems did exist:1. broken boogie boards 2. showers had overly hot/cold water at times. We could not adjust the water temperature either.

Great location. Very close to beach. Not a direct ocean view but just steps away to the beach. Easy to get in and out of since its a bottom unit. We had a turtle that would come out of his habitat every morning within feet of our door. The beaches are very spacious, clean, non-crowded and easy to ride bikes or jog on. The pool is well maintained. The hot tub is nice to relax in. The unit wasn't as clean as expected. The floors were in need of a real cleaning. Our feet were black after walking around barefoot and there was lots of sand left behind. We had to wear socks or shoes to keep from having black feet. The master bath was in need of a cleaning too. When we pulled out the sleeper sofa the old sheet was still on with popcorn kernels left behind. I emailed the owner and feel confident that this will be taken care of in the future. With those exceptions, this was a great family condo with everything you need and then some.

We stayed a month in this lovely clean, well equipped,comfortable unit. It was great being on the ocean and listening to the waves at night. Unit has everything you would want, and the owners are really nice folks. The complex, itself, is very well maintained. Highly recommened this as a great place to vacation.

This is a nicely renovated, clean, comfortable condo. It has a great patio, and is just steps from the beach. It is located on the end of the beach closest to Orlando. This section of beach is not crowded, and has a lifeguard. The covered parking is a nice extra. We would definitely stay there again.
