One bedroom condo: 2nd floor (2 floor complex), new rugs, central air, ceiling fans, heated swimming pool, laundry facilities, covered and assigned parking, extra storage, quiet complex, walk to shopping and beach.
Bike ride or walk to Jetty Park where you can dine, picnic, watch Disney/Carnival cruise ships depart and arrive, go deep sea fishing or fish off the docks.
Disney World, Sea World, all the attractions and airport are approximately 50 minutes (direct highway travel) from your condo.
Kennedy Space Center is approximately 15 minutes away. Spectacular view of the shuttle launches from the beach 5 blocks away.
Available immediately, minimum 6 month lease.
First month rent ($750.00) plus security deposit ($400.00) and cleaning fee ($55.00) required upon signing the lease. Longer terms available. Cleaning fee non-refundable. Rent does not include utilities.
