The condo is situated at first floor which is directly looking on beach . Beach is just about 50 short steps away with large swimming pool . Its very convenient to bring out the lawn chairs & coolers.

It is approximately about 60 minutes distance from the Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World & all other Orlando’s attractions . Also 10 minutes to Space shuttles through Kennedy Space-Center .
