Area Information

You are perfectly located in between the famous Cocoa Beach Pier and just south of The Kennedy Space Centre, launch pads and Port Canaveral. While the Pier is walking distance from the unit, being a mile away allows for your beaches to be much more secluded! Golf courses, restaurants, places to shop and much more are at your door step. You are only 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport and all the excitements of Disney world.

Mid August - January: $600+
February to April: $1000 - $1800+
