We had the good fortune of staying in Marcella's "Beach House" for a month that went by too quickly. A neat, clean, comfortable, quiet place near the beach and other vacation activities. I appreciated the garage and bicycles very much I found Marcella to be very accommodating and guest conscious. The next time we're in the Canaveral area, Marcella will be our first contact.

Marcela and Martin's vacation home was well situated, just the right size and suitably furnished for a great Cape Canaveral vacation. We were a block and a half from the ocean and the house came with bikes, beach gear and everything we needed to enjoy the water and the weather. We'll be renting from Marcela and Martin again!!

We spent three nights at Marcela's house in early July, and really enjoyed our stay. Great location, clean and well maintained. The beach in Cape Canaveral was very nice. I would certainly not hesitate to go back for another stay, if the opportunity arises.

The best two months that I can remember. A clean, well furnished home that is a three minute walk to the beach and close to shopping, restaurants, transportation, and many attractions. Nice neighborhood with friendly, welcoming neighbors. Incredible climate. Great landlords have offered a very nice home with extras that you won't get with other rentals. We only wish it was ours and we could live there year round. A great value and we hope to return next year.
