Area Information

Villages of Seaport is located in Cape Canaveral on a remarkable stretch of coastline best know as the Space Coast.

A short walk to a huge beach great for walking, running, biking, fishing or just watching the waves roll in. Gather on the beach to see the spectacular launches for the Kennedy Space Center just to the North of the development. Also less than a mile North is the Port of Canaveral, see the Disney Cruise Ships going out to see or coming in from a family cruise.

Cape Canaveal is just a 45 minute drive down the Bee Line expressway, a quick trip in or out. Drive about 60 minutes to get to Orlando's popular Disney and Universal Studio attractions.

Shopping and Dinning are plentiful in Cape Canaveral and nearby Cocoa Beach and Merrit Island. The Port of Canaveral offers up fishing charters for the sportsman and fresh seafood at several restaurants with great night life.
