2 queen master bedrooms w walk-in closets and full baths. 1/2 bath downstairs. This deluxe unit is fully furnished with quality furnishings. Everything you could possibly need is furnished. Refrigerator w icemaker, microwave, disposal, dishwasher and all kitchen items. Full size washer & dryer, ample towels, sheets and pillows.

2 TV's, DVD & VCR, radio w CD player, phone and answering machine, high speed internet and basic cable all provided. Patio has furniture and new gas grill.

Unit has beautiful furniture, carpeting and paint and is extra clean! Two assigned parking spots out front door. Family heated pool and adult heated lap pool are very near unit. This is a gated community with assigned parking out front door.

Olympic size pool is located beachside next to clubhouse. Clubhouse has exercise room and tennis courts near clubhouse. Private beach access to beautiful Space Coast beach.

I have small video clips I can email of the downstairs and both bedrooms.

Unit is very clean and will exceed your highest expectations. $100 allowance for electric use.

Small dog only negotiable.

Complex has beautiful beach, view launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral also fish or surf.

Enjoy Orlando parks and the beach in one vacation. Orlando airport is only 40 minutes away.

Port Canaveral with cruise ships is only 1 mile away. 2 Free gambling boats sail twice daily and fishing charters are at the port.

Kennedy Space Centre is short drive.

Cocoa Beach is 10 minutes South where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. Ron Jon Surf Shop is only minutes away.

• Other Fees: One time $25 parking pass fee to Villages of Seaport Association. All fees are included in rent. Electric is extra. Partial month would be at monthly rate because unit can not be rented again during that month. Association requires one rental per 30 days.
