Beautiful beach getaway

This villa is exactly as pictured. We felt at home the minute we walked through the door. The unit is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home and more! Very clean and comfortable. The Cove is close by for restaurants, fishing charters and fish markets. The beach is very private but close enough to the nearby commercial beaches in Cocoa Beach and Daytona. Kay was super to deal with and made it easy for us coming from Canada. We didn't want to leave and wished we could stay longer. Should we be fortunate enough to be able to vacation in Florida again, we will definitely be looking to rent this beautiful villa again. Thanks Kay for such a great home base to celebrate my Husband's 50th birthday.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

We could not be more pleased with our stay at this property. It is a quiet, beautiful community with the security of it being gated. The private entrance to the beach is a VERY short walk from the front door. We drove to both Daytona and Orlando, both pleasant drives. It was nice being within driving distance to both cities, but able to come back to the quiet and peaceful surroundings. We found several local restaurants we look forward to returning to again. You cannot go wrong with this rental! It is beautiful, clean and exceptionally maintained. Kay is wonderful to deal with and really cares about your vacation stay!

Beautiful place to stay!

Ms. West's condo was absolutely beautiful inside and so convenient to Orlando. We ended up staying an extra week because the weather was so moderate and sunny. My husband and I even allowed our two teenagers to bring along a friend and we had ample room. The pools were impeccable, the beach a short walk, and the privacy amazing. No one was hardly on the beach so we felt it was our own private retreat. The neighbors were helpful and super friendly. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships depart and felt like they were a mere ten feet in front of us. We even say a submarine from Jetty Park! We will definatley vacation at her condo next year for another two weeks of private paradise!
