Bring your family and friends to this spacious new construction waterfront home, with a gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, hardwood and tiled flooring, with a view of the water from every window in the back of the home. Gorgeous master suite, 2 of the baths of garden tubs with jets. Bbq on the back porch , and enjoy a fire.
Sleeps 10-12. The community has tennis courts and a pool, which is located across the street from home. The home also has dsl internet.Less than 10 minutes from Virginias Eastern Shore Wildlife Refuge!

Bring your own boat and park it at the docks backing up the home. Enjoy the Cape Charles beach which is only 2.3 miles from the home. Bike, fish, canoe, kayak, , kayak to beaches take a picnic lunch and be the only one on the beach. Golf at the famous Arnold Palmer and or Jack Niclaus golf course only minutes away. Bike thru the quaint town of Cape Charles it will bring you back year after year, the eastern shore has the true meaning of relax. Charter fishing is available, Virgina Beach on 30 min, Willimasburg approx 1 hr.

Our family had a great vacation here for the second year in a row. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, sandy beach,swimming, warm water, fishing, walking around town. Cape Charles is a nice place to spend some time with your family and your close to Virginia Beach, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and Williamsburg. The house is wonderful. Large rooms, pool table (games were played every night!) Very nice bed rooms and lots of bathrooms! We brought our boat down and we were able to dock close to the house. The kids injoyed kayaking! We would come back again!
