Great Beachhouse, called "THE VIEW", with a 55' x 10' wrap around porch 1 lot off the town beach on the Chesapeake Bay. This 3 story house has 2nd story deck that allows 2 second floor bedrooms to open onto second floor deck overlooking the beach and Chesapeake bay. The second story also has a Master Suite with a den and master bath with Jacuzzi tub and seperate shower. The house also has a seperate garage with rentable 1 bedroom apartment above the Garage.
The house is golf cart distance to 1 Arnold Palmer and 1 Jack Nicholas Golf courses and equidistant to a 280 slip Mariner with 3 resturants and shopping Plaza.

The House called "The View" is in the Historic District of the Town of Cape Charles, Virginia that has recently built 2 championship Golf courses( 1 Arnold Palmer and 1 Jack Nickolas) as well as a new 280 slip mariner with 3 Eateries and a shopping plaza. (Renter's of "THE VIEW" are eligible for reduced golf rates.) The Town of Cape Charles is on the Eastern SHore of Virgina known for great wildlife, Kayaking and other outdoor and water related activities. The house is 35 minutes from the Virginia Beach oceanfront and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Williamsburg, Va. home of Busch Gardens and various Water Parks and retail outlets malls.

"The View" was great: a very nice, spacious, clean house situated right in the middle of everything Cape Charles has to offer. The layout is great, and the upstairs rooms would be perfect for children. Great views and relaxation await on the porches. The owner is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at "The View."
