The second story also has a Master Suite with a den and master bath with Jacuzzi tub and seperate shower. The house also has a seperate garage with rentable 1 bedroom apartment above the Garage.
The house is golf cart distance to 1 Arnold Palmer and 1 Jack Nicholas Golf courses and equidistant to a 280 slip Mariner with 3 resturants and shopping Plaza.
