over ½ mile from the beach. The villa has well over 2500 square feet of living space with a 2 car garage. The huge kitchen has a new stove, microwave, center island with all granite countertops, truly a chef's delight. The living room is open and very comfortable. There you will find a 46 inch flat screen HD TV's with a high definition dish-network receiver. Relax and watch HBO, and many more channels. There is also a DVD player to watch movies. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, your own private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate large shower, very relaxing. We can not forget the beach which is located less than 1 mile from the villa. The beach at Kiptopeke State Park is simply pristine.
