Our family chose this home based on its location and its pet friendliness. We needed to be near Ft. Story (for a family wedding) and this was a perfect accommodation for gathering of family from far and near to celebrate the wedding and the holidays. The house was warm and cozy and a good place for family to gather, relax, kick back and visit. The trip across the bay bridge/tunnel was easy (tho costs each time!). The owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. We had a lovely visit.

This was the best home ever! We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Charles it was wonderful, The owner and his family was extremely nice and helpful, We visited the Kiptopeke State Park which was about one half mile from the house and fished on the pier, it was great we caught alot of crabs and had a wonderful crab dinner. We also spent alot of time on the beach it was great and expecially relaxing. To get to Cape Charles we crossed the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel it was awesome, breathtaking this tunnel is a must see, the kids enjoyed every bit of this vacation and the house accomadated us all we really enjoyed it and we will be back, once you meet the owners you will be very pleased with their hospitality. Beautiful house; awesome owner!

My large family was fortunate enough to stay in this home recently and boy, were we happy to have found it! Our party was comprised of both children and adults and there was something for everyone! The house was beautiful, large and clean and had everything we needed and some; the owner was soo accomodating and friendly and the rental fee was so fair, that I had to question the owner to be sure that I heard him correctly. It was a hot weekend, but the A/C performed flawlessly (very important with this hot, humid summer we have been having!) The owner's representative at the property was very friendly as well and even gave us his cell phone number in case we needed to reach him for anything. We were a short drive from Cape Charles, which is a beautiful beach town. We have rented quite a few owner rentals in the past, and have been fortunate to have always had a good experience, but I think by far, this particular rental was our absolute favorite.
