Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Mastercard, Money Order, Personal Check, Visa
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 1 month
Lodging Tax: 11%
Deposits: 50% required at time of booking. Balance of rental fee is required 30 days prior to start of rental. Cancellation Policy: 50% OF DEPOSIT RETURNED IF CANCELED 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF STAY. Deposit 100% non-refundable for cancellation notices less than 60 days. Failure to complete full payment 30 days prior to arrival will result in automatic cancellation with no refund on On reservation deposit.
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee US$200.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT is $1,500.00 and is payable at time of final reservation payment. Security deposit refunded only after final inspection is satisfactorily completed. Patrons must provide a list of all persons in party. Please allow 30 days for basic background check. All monies and deposits returned if not approved for rental. Check-in 3:00PM Checkout 12:00 Noon All Condo rules must be adhered to during stay.

We drove from Clearwater to Cape Coral and was not at all disappointed.The grounds were well maintained,ample parking, easy access to the theatres , mall and supermarket. There is something for everyone to do. The pool and huge club house/gym/kitchen were well equipped. I took two children for a weekend and they were kept very busy. There is also boat rental available , however we did not do that. If you take fishing rods there are many on ground spots to fish. The condo itself was very comfy and lots of space for large families. This is a truly great choice and the relaxed atmospere made it well worth the very reasonable rates. I would definitely go back again.

This is a rather spacious and well appointed condo with great views and wonderfully pleasing amenities. It is quite a relaxing location with ample activities. I highly recommend this for a winter or summer getaway. Great value!
