Description of the Cape Coral vacation condo rental
Just a short, scenic drive to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva, and only a few minutes to downtown Cape Coral and the Public Beach. Beautful 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a nicely maintained small, private (2-story,10 unit) condo complex is in a quiet location at the end of the street with covered parking. It is bordered by 2 saltwater canals, the 80 foot wide Katova Canal along the South side and the 200 foot wide Rubican along the East side (back). Both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room have sliding doorwalls leading out to a full length Lanai (screened porch) which overlooks the Rubican Canal. Watch the boats go by on their way to and from the Gulf of Mexico.
