Cape Coral Waterfront condo complex is centrally located. Rent your boat, or bring your own, and dock right at your own condo, 32ft dock included. Three miles from Cape Coral beach with picnic pavilion and 1/2 mile pier to walk out into the river, also has a beach restaurant on the deck. 1/2 mile to waterfront state park to enjoy cookouts and river views. The condo is completely furnished all you need is your bathing suit. Ceramic tile floors, T V in every room, Queen size bedrooms sets in both bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms.
