Description of the Cape Coral vacation condo rental

3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Furnished Condo near downtown Cape Coral. Condo is on the second floor and has a screened in patio with nice breeze. Furnishings include big screen television, leather couches, 1 King Bed, 1 queen bed and 2 full beds. Full Size Washer and Dryer in Unit. Smaller condo complex so the pool is never crowded. Unit is also on a canal in case you like fishing! Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.

Area Information

Near downtown Cape Coral just off Cape Coral Parkway, between Del Prado and Coranado. Walk to shops, boutiques, grocery, restaurants, & nite life.

Cape Coral in the summer time

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. I used the pool about every other night. As listed, I has the pool to myself. The view of the canal was great. The king size master bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner kept the apartment cool when the outside was hot. Restaurants and a grocery store was only a short walk away. We liked the apartment and would return again, maybe sometime during the winter.
