2 bedroom 2 bath 1200 sqf. .fully furnished, all the amenities of home. Large screened in lanai, pool, boat dock, covered car port.water and garbage included. $50 credit towards electric. $100 dollar association fee is required .Rent for $1600 a month, plus 11 percent state tax. Their are only 8 units in this condo building.

Area Information

15 minutes to Fort Myers, 20minutes to Sanibel Island. 5 minutes to plubic beach .5 minutes to down town. Stores in walking distance.
