Welcome to our condo! We offer a beautiful 2 bedroom, fully furnished water front condo on the largest canal in Cape Coral. A gorgeous view from a large lanai. Relax on the lanai or enjoy our large, spacious living room which is perfect for entertaining. This condo is an end unit which is very quiet and gives you an extra window. The condo has two full bathrooms, linens provided, dining room, den, full kitchen with new microwave and new refrigerator. There is also a new washer and dryer. The bedroom and den have cable TV with a DVD in the den. Our added bonus is the one car, immaculate garage with a new door opener. Enjoy the heated pool or fish on the dock. Bring your boat because we even have a dock for your convenience. $1900 a month includes ALL utilities. Six weeks minimum. Call now before it is too late!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Plenty of room, lovely neighbors, quiet and restful, yet close to restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, and visited nearby attractions. We can't wait to visit again!

A very relaxing and conveniently located condo. The condo made me feel like I was at home but also on vacation with the beautiful views and decor. The condo is very close to shopping and entertainment. I would definitely rent this condo again!

A Place of Comfort and Relaxation

October 9, 2012

This home away from home is as comfortable as being in our home. It is completely furnished. We wanted for nothing. Everything was immaculately maintained. The outside, too, was beautifully kept and sitting on the lanai anytime of day or evening viewing the passing boats in the canal was extra relaxing and interesting. We would say the beautiful bright yellow funishings in the lanai as well as the peacefulness attracted most of our attention and time.....and no better place for reading. There is a beautiful pool with the canal in the background. Besides all of these amenities, shopping is close by and we discovered the beautiful lighted cross we saw at nite from our favorite spot turned out to be our church of choice. We anxiously wait for the next visit there. We look for no other accomodations!!

Great Cape Coral Vacation Condo!

October 9, 2012

This is a lovely 2/2 condo with a spacious living area and cozy den. The screened lanai overlooks the pool and wide gulf access canal. We enjoyed watching the boats go by. It's located on the 2nd floor and is an end unit with lots of windows to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The condo is fully furnished with linens and everything you need in the kitchen. The owner is great to work with and very accomodating. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend it! Cape Coral is a great area and the condo is located conveniently to shopping and grocery areas with easy access to the Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach/Sanibel areas too.
