This bright and cheery handicapped-accessible ground floor end unit is situated in a small, quiet, meticulously maintained, newly painted and recently re-landscaped condo complex located on a canal. There is a lanai that faces the heated pool which lies just a few steps from your front door, and our assigned parking space is right outside the living room window. There are boat docking slips available
and access to the Gulf of Mexico via canal.
Centrally located, it is within easy walking distance of "Club Square," the Elks Club, the Eagles Club, Bingo, and restaurants. Just minutes to world class local area golf courses, dinner theatre, beaches, Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Islands, charter fishing boats and children's water park. An outlet shopper's paradise, there are lots of upscale outlet centers nearby or visit Naples and Marco Island, which can be reached in the space of a 30 minute drive.

I di not stay in this property. I found that your service paid no attention whatsoever to my needs as expressed through the filters: city/location, price range, no. of bedrooms and no. of sleeps. You consistently sent me suggestions that were beyond my budget and/or needs.
