Damage deposit is returned within 15 days of the end of the stay provided there is no abuse or damage to the property. Minimum rent is 7 days and 6 nights. Full rent payment deposit, tax and cleaning fee is due prior to arrival. Terms vary per arrival dates. Rates quoted are for 2 person occupancy, there is an additional $200 per person, per week, and 4 person maximum occupancy.
