Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental

BRAND NEW UPSCALE WATERFRONT HOME FOR RENT SEASONALLY. WEEKLY OR MONTHLY.New Construction 2007......Western Exposure to watch the sunset from the lanai.
Luxurious amenities include high end granite kitchen, cathedral ceilings. Beautiful setting on a salt water canal with 20 minute access to the Gulf of Mexico from our boat dock. The lanai feautures a table for 6, 2 chaise loungers, 2 loveseat benches and 2 pool chairs. Two adult bicycles are provided with additional rentals available in town
Propane barbecue for you to grill by the pool.
Large heated pool, hi-speed wireless internet on premises. Five minutes from several up scale golf courses. Private but close to everything fun and interesting. New shopping complexes nearbye too. Can accommodate medium to larger groups up to eight people.All linens, dish and silver ware, paper goods . Everything in the home is new as of December 2007, when it was completed.Great room, and family room that doubles as a fourth bedroom. Sliding doors out to the pool from the family room, great room , and master bedroom. Gigantic master bath with large vita bath tub and seoarate shoert, Double sink and separate vanity area. Two jumbo walk in closets in the master bath/bedroom area.

Cape Coral is a water wonderland with over 450 miles of waterways.
Cape Coral offers a 12-acre water park, the Sun Splash Water Park. This park boasts three giant waterslides, Main Stream Lazy River, Luna-Sea Activity Pool with lily pads, logrolls, and cable drops, Tot Spot Kiddie Area, sand volleyball, sun deck, and more, including a family sports amusement center, a children's science center that truly makes learning fun, and the Greenwell's Family Park. Greenwell's features batting cages, go-cart track, miniature golf, arcade, and snack bar. Cape Coral is driving distance to many popular Florida destinations including , Clearwater, Tampa, Daytona ,Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach,Ft. Lauderdale,Boca raton, Miami, Fort Myers, the Everglades, West Palm,Sarasota,Palm Beach and Kissemee.
Four Mile Cove Ecological Park has 365 aces of unspoiled wetland and mangrove swamps on the Caloosahatchee River.
The park features a 4200 foot walking trail as well as a visitor center.

The house was beautiful and very clean; lots of space. The weather was great!Enjoyed using the bikes. The kids liked fishing off the dock. The house was close to a Publix. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
