Gorgeous vacation home located on a salt water wide canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The house is furnished nicely and decorated. It is a very spacious home and allows you to stretch and relax. Enjoy this lovely rental, which has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a huge master room, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a big family room with leather furniture, and a 60"HD/LCD TV. A porch where you can have a great dinner or just relax. A dock where you can enjoy fishing, or see them jumping, watch the birds, or see wonderful views, great sunsets, and enjoy our beautiful Florida weather all year.

Quiet and Peaceful, relaxing Area,with Nightlife Nearby
Pine Islands and Matlacha are very close also with great restaurants.
Cape Coral is a water wonderland with over 450 miles of waterways.
Cape Coral offers a 12-acre water park, the Sun Splash Water Park and is (just 8 minutes away). This park boasts three giant waterslides, Main Stream Lazy River, Luna-Sea Activity Pool with lily pads, logrolls, and cable drops, Tot Spot Kiddie Area, sand volleyball, sun deck, and more.
A family sports amusement center, a children's science center that truly makes learning fun, and the Greenwell's Family Park. Greenwell's features batting cages, go-cart track, miniature golf, arcade, and snack bar. Cape Coral is driving distance to many popular Florida destinations including , Clearwater, Tampa, Daytona ,Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach,Ft. Peaceful and Quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed the month we spent at Ray and Isa's home in Cape Coral. Not only is their home well layed out (it would easily accomodate two families) but the owners themselves were a pleasure to deal with. The overall impression is one of tranquility.It is away from the hustle and bustle and one can really enjoy the peace and quiet of the location-from watching the spectacular sunsets,to fishing off the dock.or just watching the fish jumping in the canal.Our home in Canada is in a rural location but this vacation property is even quieter and more relaxing.

Wonderfull Vacation

This is a very nice home, it is in a very quite area but close to shopping, golfing and the beach. We found many good places to eat and played golf at several courses. We went on Captian Tony's fishing charter it was a very nice trip. No monster fish but many smaller ones, enough for two fish frys. I got some very good pictures of Dolphines jumping in the waves behind the boat. We had a GREAT vacation.

We have rented this home for the past three years. Last year was for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay and found the owners to be attentive to our needs. The reason we are not returning is because we are a retired couple and do not need a four bedroom home. THe owners treated us fairly and we would not hesitate renting their home again.
