Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental

This airy and spacious, nicely appointed, 3 bedroom 2 bath home with den was built in 1999. The electrically heated pool is enclosed in a screened patio which has a southern exposure on a sailboat canal, overlooking undeveloped mangroves... a beautiful view and plenty of privacy!

From the dock at sunset watch the birds come home to the nature preserve and listen to the fish jump. The dock can accommodate up to a 40' vessel...so bring your boat. By boat the Caloosahatchee River is only two minutes away and the gulf about 40 minutes.

Area Information

We are centrally located in Cape Coral, close to the Four Mile Eco Park which puts you only a short drive to wonderful shopping, fabulous dining options and plenty of golf courses. Cape Coral's beach is about a 15 minute drive and the beaches of Sanibel & Fort Myers are about 30 minutes away. In addition, it is just a short distance to up-and-coming downtown Ft. Myers ...by car or boat. It is a great place to stay as active as you want or just to relax! Our local manager is available to answer any questions or handle any issues that arise...you don't have to worry about a thing.

Easy livin' with a view

Our stay at Coral Point was a perfect vacation. We especially loved the warm southern exposure and large, open Florida room. We ate every meal there and enjoyed our view to the pool and canal. Everything was as we had expected and the owner and property manager were both very responsive although we never had to contact them except to check in and check out. Great quiet neighbourhood with everything you need close by. Coral point would be our first choice for accommodation when we travel to Florida again.

Paradise in the Cape!

How do you describe Paradise? Check in was a breeze, thanks to Garrett. He was very professional, informative and accommodating! The owners were very sincere and great to deal with, I almost felt we have known them for years. The house was gorgeous, very clean and a serene setting! Amenities were very close and the people were so friendly. We stayed there for the entire month of August and got know our next door neighbors ( Gary & Eileen) during our stay, I no longer consider them neighbors (although we wish they were), they are our good friends, we had so much fun together. Most Relaxing Vacation Ever!

Thank you so much for the rental of your beautiful home in Cape Coral. I was hesitant about renting a private home through the internet, but when I walked through the front doors, I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The home is exactly as described with absolutely the best decor and comfort available. The home far exceeded my expectations. The amenities were great, the kitchen well stocked with everything to prepare a simple breakfast to gourmet dinners. The appliances are in excellent condition and I was more than ready to move in. The pool was so inviting and relaxing with the canal just a few feet away and mangrove trees lining the opposite side of the canal as part of the Four Mile Nature Preserve. We rented a boat for a week from one ot the links on your home page. The boat rental busineess was very professional and added another great dimension to this vacation. Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island , Sanibel and Captiva are within a short driving distance. Shopping and a multitude of restaurants are in close proximity. I absolutely enjoyed my stay in this part of paradise and would stay here again. I have already highly recommeded your home to family and friends. I applaud both you and the management company for your excellant service, attention, and hospitality.

Great vacation home

We stayed at Coral Point for the second time. Once again, we were positively surprised by the high standards of this vacation home. The house is equipped with everything one could ever need and has its very own atmosphere. Also the management has been very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet while at the same being convenient to start excursions and close to shopping facilities.
