Beautiful 2007 built home situated on a Gulf Access Canal in a peaceful area. Great fishing off the dock. Bring your boat or rent one nearby. Short trip by boat to Sanibel,Captiva,Boca Grande. We have a 10,000 lb. boat lift & 2 kayaks to explore the miles of canals and lakes. Walk to Charlotte Harbor Preserve with plenty of walking trails. There is a 3.5 mile stretch of pristine,uninterrupted beach on Charlotte Harbor(beach during low tide) at the end of these trails(it takes us 9 min. to walk it).We haved been told that the fishing is great in that harbor also. 2.5 hours to Disney or Miami. Fort Myers beach is 40 minutes away. The house has all new furnishings throughout, 2 televisions and comes fully stocked with everything you will need. Just bring your suitcase. Wonderful, heated pool designed for swimming! No smoking. Most pets are allowed with addt. security deposit. 6 people maximum.

40-45 minutes to Fort Myers Airport, Fort Myers Beach, Boca Grande. 10 minutes to shopping. Water Parks 15 minutes away. There is a Ferry from Fort Myers Beach that will take you to Key West for day or overnight trips. Plenty of shopping, great restaurants of all kinds, beautiful parks. Pine Island is a 10 minute ride. Boat or drive to the nearby barrier Islands of Sanibel & Captiva for excellent shelling,fishing,ECO parks & beaches. Go para sailing,jet skiing,fishing at Ft. Myers Beach. Kids love the Naples Zoo, Busch Gardens, Sea World and the Florida Everglades. All just a short ride away. Englewood Beach,Boca Grande are just North of us... a short drive. Plenty of Golf Courses within minutes.
