An outstanding home in a one-of-a-kind location overlooking no less than (4) wide Gulf access canals - wow! The home is situated at the end of a quiet street in SW Cape Coral and is surrounded by water on either side.
This spectacular water view is immediately visible as soon as you walk in the front door and can be seen from nearly every room in the house.
Apart from these amazing views, the home also offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths,den with high speed internet access, a strikingly beautiful kitchen, open and spacious design with almost 2,400 SF of living area, soaring ceiling, a wall of sliders and a huge, south facing pool area with outdoor kitchen overlooking the water. The vanishing edge pool can be electrically heated and there is plenty of room to sunbath and relax. The boat dock features a Tiki Hut. Needless to say, the home is very stylishly furnished and decorated, perfect for guests who want to spend their vacation in elegant surroundings while enjoying the Florida
lifestyle.

Area Information

The house is just minutes away from restaurants,the famous Rum Runners,shopping centers, and numerous local attractions. Approximately 10 minutes to all of Cape Coral activities - golf, tennis, beaches, fishing, amusement parks and lots more! Only 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island and for the boat lovers, you are just 15 minutes from the boat lock. My next door neighbor also rents boats so you have the best of both worlds.

If peace and quiet is what you're looking for in a vacation home....LOOK NO MORE! This home away from home offers blissful peace and serenity. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, over looking a three-way canal. Fully furnished, with all the necessary amenities and extras that you cannot even think of while simply relaxing.

This home is everything you see and more!!! It is immaculate with all the necessary items to make your stay worthwhile. I wish the owner would've provided more information about area attractions, places to eat, shopping, grocery stores etc. that I've experienced in former rentals. It is a distance from many area activities (beaches, good shopping, theme parks). The surrounding neighborhood is only average and you feel as if you're in a remote area!
