Approximately 10 minutes to all of Cape Coral activities - golf, tennis, beaches, fishing, amusement parks and lots more! Only 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island and for the boat lovers, you are just 15 minutes from the boat lock. My next door neighbor also rents boats so you have the best of both worlds.
