Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental

A brand new 2249 sq. ft. house with a huge master suite overlooking the south facing solar heated pool. All tiled with the exception of the den and bedrooms. Split floorplan with the master on one side and two other large bedrooms on the other.

The house is on a 150' wide Gulf access canal with intersecting canal water views. You get a small lake affect looking toward the rising sun in the morning. I just love that and I'm sure you would too.

50" flat screen HD TV in great room and 32" flat screen in the master suite. Dish TV with DVR. Printer for your laptop with high speed internet provided. Phone provided with free US calling included.

Three bikes for you use.

A quiet area in the Northwest Cape with awesome water views. Close to Pine Island Road with many new restaurants.

You are centrally located to go north or south to the local beaches. The Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training is close by. The Flea Market is huge and is a blast. Eco Park is close by to kayak through the mangroves. Shopping is close at hand too. Publix(grocery) is 4 miles away. This is a new strip mall which includes a restaurant, liquor store, etc.

Pine Island itself( 7 miles away) is an eclectic place with many restaurants and water activities abound. There is a pier type structure on the north end of the island which provides awesome views. Cayo Costa lies just off Pine Island and it is a barrier island and boat service is provided to the state park. Matlacha, is an island just before Pine Island and has many fun things to do. Boats for hire are available on both islands.

 No better place for true R&R, May 20, 2009

My parents own this home and my April vacation was my first visit to the property. The house is gorgeous - spacious and open; new, comfortable furniture; large, flat-screen TV's and internet access; and the lanai/pool area is unbeatable with a stunning view of the intersecting canals and the relaxing, cascading waterfall. With the living area in the middle of the home and the bedrooms split out on the two sides of the house, it provides for privacy and would be great for three groups of couples or a family with children. The area of Cape Coral where the home is located is very quiet and safe, and I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood each morning. You are far enough away from the hustle and bustle to totally relax but close enough to the attractions to be there in a short drive time. I can't wait to go back next year!

What a beautiful, new home to stay in for vacation. The pool was great with sun all day, the views beautiful, and the home was well equipped and nicely decorated. Tried most of the recommended restaurants nearby and all were excellent. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to the gulf side. We will be back next year.

This home is new,spacious,and well furnished.THe kitchen is well equipped. The lanai is perfectly located to provide sun all day, yet provides an excellent covered area near the pool. The rear of the home with sea wall fronts on a lovely canal. There are interesting areas to visit within a 40 mile radius.

What a wonderful vacation. The pool was great and had sun all day long which was very important. The master suit, too die for. The overall Cape Coral area is for sure depressed but this home was great value for our money. We would for sure stay here again.

Beautiful new pool home in a quiet relaxing area. New home smell with a gorgeous view of the canal. The pool with mandatory solar blanket kept the pool in the low 80's in February! Fish and get some sun off the sea wall. The house has the basic ammenities and the split bedroom floorplan was nice especially in our case as we were 2 couples. The owner was available by phone and was most accomadating and concerned that our stay was enjoyable. He even asked our opinion as what else he could add/include for future renters to make them more confortable. I would have no reservation in recommending and/or returning to this great spot. The only drawback that was not a problem in our case was that you need to have a car as this home is not in a concentrated shopping area but close to Fort Myers, Sanabel, Pine Island etc.
