This vacation home is brand new and offers you a relaxing and cozy environment,in a quiet neighborhood of SW Cape Coral on a fresh water canal. The pool area has a southern exposure & provides sunbathers a private screened pool that has an electric heater and solar cover. Enjoy dining on the covered lanai with patio table, chairs and a new gas grill.

This home has an open floor plan with master and guest rooms on opposite sides for privacy. This home has been newly furnished in a comfortable updated style and can sleep 8 comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms plus a den with 2 full baths. The large master suit has a king sized bed ,guest rooms have a queen bed or 2 twins, plus the den has a queen sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in counter and a separate dining area.

This home has central air/heat,inside laundry room with sink,two car garage,free cable TV(2 TV's),dvd/vcr,high speed internet(WIFI),free local & international calls plus most of Canada(exception:small charge for calls to international cell phones),phone/fax/copy combo,printer.

• Deposits: 20% rental deposit required 10 days from booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival, plus $500.00 refundable security deposit and $150.00 end cleaning fee. Security deposit is refundable after inspection, cleaning and settlement of any overages of electric allowance(Rates include $35.00 per week towards electric). Rates quoted are for 2 adults(over 21 years old). There will be a reasonable charge for extra guests. Children under age 10 are free.
   
• Other Fees: Rates include $35.00 per week towards the electric. Any overages that may occur will be settled out of the security deposit @ $0.12/KWH.
