Required Stay: Minimum one week
Lodging Tax: 11%
Deposits: 50% of rental fee due at reservation, nonrefundable if canceled. Due two weeks prior to stay, other 50% rental. $500.00 security deposit and $100.00 cleaning fee.
Other Fees: $100.00 cleaning fee. $500.00 security deposit refundable. Allowance for electric $150.00 any electric cost over $150.00 will be deducted from the security deposit. Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure.
