Our charming "Villa Roma" built in 2003 is located in a central, nevertheless quiet and beautiful neighborhood, directly in the "heart" of Cape Coral. With 2,400sqft under air, 3 Bedroom, 1 Room w/Full size sleeper sofa, 2 Bathroom, a spacious Living room and a separate Dining room as well as the Gourmet-Kitchen w/Bar and a Breakfast nook from where you have a beautiful view to the pool and lanai, "Villa Roma" with it' elegant Italian Marble floors, has it all to make you feel right at home. The large, oversized Sliding doors in the Master-Bedroom, Living room and Game room gives you access to the pool area. Rates are up to 2 Person, each additional Person add $80/week Children under the age of 2 years no charge max. Occupancy 2-6 Person All Rates are subject to 11% Tax (6% sales-tax/5% tourist-tax Additional Fees; End-Cleaning $150 Security-deposit $600 Electricity according to use During Christmas-and Easter holidays minimum stay 2 weeks. Beyond the holidays minimum stay 1 week. No smoking inside the house. Smoking is only permitted outside. Sorry, no pets! Check-in time 3:oo p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
