The quiet street in the Prestigious South West area of Cape Coral is ideal for walking and bike rides. The living room with cathedral ceiling forms a great room with dining and kitchen area, including a separate wet bar and counter. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, SS appliances and high end wood cabinets. Relax on the leather sofa with wide screen TV, DVD, and sound system. For added enjoyment, each bedroom has cable TV and HD full service cable. Stay in touch with home and office with high speed internet and phone fax unit; A BBQ gas grill along with a full wet bar will add to your cooking and entertaining enjoyment.
A boat dock awaits the avid boater or fisherman (motor boat can be rented) and the canal provides direct access to sea without lock or bridge. Ideal for the family vacation there is lots of space for everyone.

Area Information

Cape Coral is a city of waterways. Near by barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva make for a relaxing day trip,by boat or car. Lots of activities in the area including, shelling, sunning on the beach, visiting the ECO parks, para-sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, or just sunning. Famous Fort Myers beach is a short drive by boat or by car. Rent a kyak and explore nearby ECO preserve by water or just walk the many pathways in the parks. Visit the famous Shell Factory in Fort Myers, the Naples Zoo, or take a day trip to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens or Seaworld, take in hockey game, or go south and visit the Florida Everglades. There are many places to shop in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and nearby Naples and don't forget about the local golf courses and spring training games for the Boston Redsox and Minnesota Twins. Cancellation with less than 60 days notice prior to arrival: 100% of forfeited, however if the owner is able to rent the home for the same time block a 20% cancellation fee will apply instead.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous home. It is so well cared for, so well-appointed and such a great location, and the owners were also terrific, very easy to work with. Weather was beautiful the whole time, so we had lots of use for the beautiful pool and lanai as well. If you are thinking of renting in Cape Coral, look no further!

Stunning Home

This is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in, every inch of it was gorgeous. All the bedrooms were charming and the beds were comfortable. We loved the pool and dining outside. I can't imagine staying a more elegant, yet comfortable vacation home. The owner was very kind and helpful too. If we ever return to the Fort Myers area, this is the only place we would stay.

Our family of 5 adults & 3 teenagers have spent xmas & New Year in your fabulous house. We arrived to a fully decorated tree with welcoming xmas music playing which set the tone for a really special holiday for us. The weather was hot & sunny and this enabled us to make full use of the spacious pool and deck area.We all spent many happy hours fishing with suprising success. The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard with plenty of space so as not to encroach on each other, and lots of storage for many people. The kitchen and outside cooking area were very well equipped, which made dining in very easy, but we were also close to several restaurants. In conclusion we all agree we had a magical holiday and would all highly recommend this stunning house to a family or party of friends.Another bonus was the fact that we were within walking distance of the yacht club and small beach or a short drive to the Marina & restaurants.
