Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental
This exclusive Villa is situated in the popular Unit 89 / Four Mile Cove Pkwy, close to all shopping malls and restaurants, a stylish atmosphere with outstanding facilities.

The Eco-National Park is in walking distance. The Early Sunset Villa has an air- conditioned living area of 2667 qf., 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for max. 8 People
Welcoming living room, open kitchen with marble cover, high quality kitchen appliances and a breakfast bar. An open dining area with a panoramic window is part of the living area. The home has four bedrooms (2 Master Bedrooms with king size beds, a queen size Bedroom, and a two twin bedroom, a dining area, an office with a sofa bed and three bathrooms. The master bathroom has a walking shower and large walk-in closets. A bath can be reached from the pool area and of course a pool shower is also not missing. For families with young children we have placed emphasis on a child friendly facilities. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the oversized patio (full width of the house) with the deck and a panoramic window in the southwest facing a heated spa and pool with a sunledge. This shallow zone is intended especially for young children or for a sunbathe with sun beds or chairs in the water.
A modern, very exclusively furnished living area, with high coffer ceilings and indirect lighting is waiting for you.
The Early Sunset Villa is managed locally by german and english speaking personnel, which is always available if problems or questions arise. We hope you enjoy our home in the Paradise of Southwest Florida.
Area Information
Visit the near by barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva for a relaxing day trip, shelling, sunning on the beach, visiting their ECO parks.
Go para-sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, or just sunning at nearby Fort Myers beach. Rent a boat and explore nearby ECO preserve preserves.
Visit the famous Shell Factory in Fort Myers, the Naples Zoo, or take a day trip to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens or Seaworld, or go south and visit the Florida Everglades.
There are many places to shop in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and nearby Naples. And don't forget about the local golf courses and spring training games for the Boston Redsox and Minnesota Twins.

Early Sunset

We are a family of 4 from North Yorkshire, England, children's ages 14 and 12. Stayed at Early Sunset for 10 days in April 2013 after a week in Orlando. The Villa is large, spacious and furnished/fitted-out to a high standard. The standard of cleanliness is excellent. Children loved the pool, which is in the sun from about 10am until sunset. The boat is fast and great fun, but the bay was a little choppy for my daughter.

We've rented this house for 8 days and enjoyed it very much! The standart is very high, the hole house spotless clean and the there is all you need for a perfect summer holiday. It's very near to the highway and shopping / restaurants of cape Coral. Can't say anything about the boat, we haven't rented it. We will come back to this house for our next Florida holidays.

A perfect villa for a family

Our family of 7, we the parents, our sons and daughter-in-law und and the two grandchildren, enjoyed a wonderful Christmas/New Year vacation in this remarkable villa. Our expectations of this luxurious and expansive house were more than fully met. The generously sized bedrooms, each with an adjacent bathroom, allowed us to individually start and finish the day according to each ones preference. We were delighted about the large Living/Eating area; breakfast at the informal round table close to the kitchen or on the terrace at the pool side. For dinner we used the comfortable Dining table which offers space for 8 people. We were especially touched by the attention to details given by our landlord and his team. On arrival we found a nicely decorated Christmas tree and under it, a Christmas gift for each of us! Remarkable for boaters is the convenient location of the villa. From the canal in front of the house, the open water can be reached in about 20 minutes. This is very short for Cape Coral where the passage through the canal system can easily take an hour or more. Many thanks for the opportunity to enjoy our Christmas vacation in this comfortable and fully equipped villa.

Vom 06. bis 20. November verbrachten wir zu viert 2 traumhafte Urlaubswochen in der Villa Early Sunset in Cape Coral. Das Haus ist super schön, nagel neu und top gepflegt. Die hohen Decken lassen es gleich noch pompöser wirken wenn man hinein kommt. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und noch ein wenig mehr. Wir haben je nach Lust und Laune uns selbst was in der toll ausgestatteten Küche gekocht, auf der Terrasse gegrillt oder sind essen gegangen. Highlight war der riesige Pool mit separatem Jacuzzi. Die Terasse ist, wie der Rest auch, riesig, und man kann sich auf den bequemen Liegen sonnen. Zusätzlich zu einem Mietwagen hatten wir auch das zum Haus gehörende Boot gemietet, was einem noch mehr Freizeitmöglichkeiten bietet. Auf der Homepage findet ihr noch ganz viel tolle und nützliche Tipps für einen schönen Urlaub. Die Organisation und Betreuung für Haus und Boot war wirklich top. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in "Early Sunset". Al was great. The villa is really a luxury home. Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit in der Villa "Early Sunset". Die Lage ist gut: zentral und doch ruhig. Auch die nahe Straße hat uns nicht gestört, da sie durch das gleichmäßige Rauschen des Pools draußen nur mit Mühe zu hören war, drinnen gar nicht. Im Haus (und auf der Terasse) blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist ein Traum (vor allem mit Kindern). Auch die Betreuung vor Ort für Haus und Boot waren erstklassig und individuell. Fragen und Wünsche konnten wir jederzeit äußern und wurden sofort und freundlich beraten und betreut. Sehr schnell fühlten wir uns zu Hause.

We rented this property in August / September 2012 and it was better than the pictures. The place was clean, rooms were a good size and the location was perfect. Close to shopping, beach, groceries, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for all vacationers. We will definitely stay again.

We spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Early Sunset. We came to Florida in February 2012 with 5 adults and 1 child. Everybody enjoyed the beautiful house, the pool and the great boat very much. We had BBQ at the pool a lot of times and the big kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals. We loved having three bathrooms and the bedrooms were nice and big. Especially we loved the office with the computer with intnert access to that we could stay in touch with people at home via e-mail and skype so that we had no phone costs. We used the big pool a few times (the temperature was too cold some days but it was just february and we could have heated more if we wanted to) but we used the jacuzzi every day. Especially our three year old daughter enjoyed being in the water that much, plus using the big bath tub in the master bathroom. Cape Coral is a great city with everything you need and the supermarkets (Walmart, Publix) just around the corner, which is great. We went grocery shopping in the evening a lot when it was dark, so that we could get as much sunshine as possible. Some days were even hot, which was great for us in February, while it is freezing in Germany. We loved shopping in the Mirormar and Coconut Point Malls which are both just half an hour driving distance away. Even closer is Edison Mall with just 10 minutes driving. The support of the owner and renter Mr. Zürcher has been great all the time. Starting from our online reservation and all the questions we had in advance. We got useful and quick answers to all of our questions which was nice and gave us a good feeling that we chose the right Villa for Vacation. Even for questions in Florida we could reach Mr. Zürcher and solve everything with the people who take care of the house locally. As I said before, we all enjoyed the vacation very very much and we are sure that this was not our last time in Villa Early Sunset.

Absolute Extraklasse Wir haben ein wirklich fantastisches Ferienhaus (1:1 wie im Internet dargestellt) vorgefunden, in welchem nichts fehlt und das auch sehr gut gepflegt wird. Die Räume sind groß, man kann sich auch bei acht Personen mal zurückziehen. Sehr viel haben wir Waschmaschine und Trockner genutzt, da wir noch ein Kleinkind bei uns hatten. Wir waren begeistert. Bei der Küchenausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Der Pool war sehr groß, sehr beruhigend das riesige Moskitonetz, wir konnten immer draussen essen. Der Grill ist wunderbar. Der Pool, der Garten und das gesamte Haus waren in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, man fühlt sich in dem Viertel sehr sicher, die Nachbarn grüßen freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 3 Autominuten entfernt. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Morgenspaziergänge im ECO Naturpark gleich um die Ecke. In der Ferienvilla Early Sunset ist von Strandstühlen über 2 Kühlboxen und Sonnenschirm, alles vorhanden. Mit dem Boot können viele schöne Ausflüge in die umliegende Inselwelt gemacht werden. Man sieht einfach ganz andere Dinge als vom Auto aus. Es waren tolle 14 Tage im und um das Haus herum. Die Ausflugstipps waren gut und hilfreich, die "Betreuung" der Hausverwaltung spitze. Der Mietvertrag und die Abwicklung vorbildlich. Klasse Urlaub, gerne immer wieder noch einmal.

Best place ever rented !

We have been renting houses in Florida for many years but this one is by far the best one!!! We rented Villa Azurro for the whole month of march 2012 and enjoyed every minute of it... including the Hurricane boat! The house is huge, extremely clean, modern and very well equiped. We could hardly find anything negative about it. We also rented the boat twice (three days each time) and went to Sanibel Island to observe many dolphins, a few manatees, a sea turtle and hundreds of pelicans catching fishes. I would recommend this place anytime. If we could only suggest two things to the owners, it would be to supply an umbrella because of the lack of shade around the pool and to install some kind of curtain or something to absorb the sound in the kitchen as it is very echo. We also have to mention that we had a very good service from the people at Vacation Home Rentals. Koen is very dedicated to his job, we appreciated his advices and comments about the house, the boat and Cape Coral in general. Thanks a lot for a great vacation !

Diese Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Toller Grundriss und schönes Pool sowie riesige Küche. Alles befindet sich in einem top Zustand. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen! Einziges Manko ist die relativ nahe gelegene Hauptstrasse, ansonsten ist auch die Lage in Cape Coral optimal.

The situation of the house and the equipment are perfect. Everything exists and the house is furnished with a lot of love to the detail. Four perfectly furnished bedrooms with own bath. A dream is the bath of the Masterbedroom. The kitchen is completely equipped and one has a dreamlike look at the big patio with pool. On the gigantic patio it can be taken it easy for hours. and everything also exists here for a perfect vacation. And with some luck one can observe Elvis (crocodile belonging to canal).; o) The care by the house management was perfect and obliging. All in all, it was a dreamlike vacation in a wonderful house in which nothing was absent or was to be complained. We come again definitively! Thanks family native of Zurich!

We spent a wonderful time at Early Sunset! Everything was great: aestethic facilities, very clean and well equipped! Everythin you need is nearby. And the renters are very friendly. We suggest to rent it with boat, you can see a lot of dolphins when driving around the coast! We will come back, for sure!!

Holiday in the sunshine state, bathe in the warm Gulf of Mexico, which is already a dream. Add to this the holiday in the villa - Early Sunset - and the dream is perfect. The villa is comfortably furnished and is super modern. On the large terrace and pool area, we were able to relax very well. Evening barbecue, look to the stars, or even more times in the pool - it's just cool. The boat ride is a must - it's just fun. The guest relations by Michael was excellent. Thank you very much. Florida - we'll be back.

We spent three lovely weeks ins this very welcoming house. The rooms are very bright and equipped with everything you can think of. The outside area is huge with a great barbeque and sun chairs. Every boat trip on the canal and to the Golf of Mexico were highlights. We could see heaps of dolphins dancing around the boat. There are also a lot of activity options within short distance, such as shopping malls, great golf courses, beaches etc. We also thank Michael for the really great support and the tips. Many thanks are given especially to the landlords for the use of the house and we wish every next tenant a great vacation.

It was simply incredible! The house is very spacious the interieur is arranged with a lot of charme and style and everything is very clean. You simply don't miss anything neither inside nor outside in the pool area. With the Boat you ca see a lot of nice places. The round the clock on-site assistance is very nice, cooperative and helpful. You always have the feeling of being taken good care of. We can definitely recommend the house for an enjoyable stay and are looking forward to spend another holiday there in the near future.

We had a fantastic week at 'Early Sunset', the house is very comfortable, extremely clean and very spacious. All of the appliances and electronics are top of the line and the furnishings are luxurious. The outside area is huge with a great bar-b-que and sun chairs and sun beds. The location is great for exploring the south west gulf coast. We were able to visit Sanibel and Captiva islands, Sarasota and Fort Myers. The Eco park is walking distance and we spent a lovely afternoon there. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The owners and the local agent were a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and helpful.

Exceptional choice!
We were a group of 5 younger people in the house and we felt immediately comfortable. The rooms are very bright and generously designed, equipped with everything you can think of. We had a great time just to linger in the house and the backyard. There was some traffic audible, but it didn't bother us at all. You do need a car to stay at the house, but everything is pretty easy accessible.
We also liked the ambience with the canal and the landing stage for the boat just there. We even caught some short glances at a baby crocodile in the canal. Also very recommendable is a boat trip to the Gulf of Mexico, where you can see heaps of dolphins dancing around the boat. If you prefer not to go out by yourself, there's a guide you can hire.
We all had one of our best times ever!
Great Vacation
We had a very welcoming house with an automatic garage door and gorgeous premises on our disposal. We were provided with great ideas for our stay by the landlord and his wife and made our vacation unforgettable with special adventures.
The bright bedrooms and the well equipped bathrooms spoiled our privacy. Even though there were 8 people in the house, we never felt any tightness. The sensational kitchen, which is located in the middle of the house, gave us the possibility to always move in a circle.
The canal made every sunrise and sunset to a special experience. Palm trees and jumping fishes made it easy to enjoy every moment. Every boat trip on the canal, the everglades and the Gulf of Mexico were highlights that we don't want to miss.
There are also a lot of activity options within spitting distance, such as shopping malls, beaches etc.
Sincere thanks are given especially to the landlords for the use of the house and we wish every next tenant an equally restorative vacation.

Es war wunderschoen. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt und es war genauso wie beschrieben. Pool und Spa haben ihr uebriges getan.
Wir koennen das Haus jedem empfehlen und werden sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sein. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr angenehm und er ist für Wuensche und Anregungen jederzeit offen. Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind quasi direkt um die Ecke.Es war unser 6.Urlaub in Cape Coral und somit haben wir auch schon einiges an Erfahrung, was Ferienhaeuser anbelangt. Allen kuenftigen Mietern wuenschen wir genauso viel Spass und Freude, wie wir es hatten.
