Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood

July 24, 2012

This was a very cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Pool was great after a day out sightseeing and the view of the canal was relaxing. Never tried fishing in it, but saw lots of turtles. The location was very convenient to Publix, Target and some restaurants. 30 minutes to Sanibel Island or Ft. Myers Beaches and 15 minutes to shops and eateries on Pine Island. Bill was great to work with. Whenever I had a question before my stay or during, he always answered, phone or e-mail. If I ever go back to Cape Coral or know someone who goes, I will tell them to rent this place. Thanks for a great relaxing stay in the Cape!

Best Ever Vacation

The house was "OUR HOME" and the owners made us feel that way. Couldn't ask for a nicer house. It was clean and homey. Hope we left it the same way we found it. The fishing was great....just wished it was salt-water instead of fresh water. What else can I say...."IT WAS WONDERFUL FOR 3 FULL MONTHS!

Beautiful house

Betty and I stayed at the house from the 5th of March to the 5th of April 2010 and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was very clean with all new appliances. We enjoyed the pool and the view of the canal from the patio and watching the sun rising. We would love to go back next March but were told that the house is already rented. Loved the house!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved the place! It was just as described, and then some:) The house was very clean, bedding, and appliances were all in new shape. The pool was just the right size, and the canal view was nice. We saw a few boats and kayakers pass by, as well as a couple turtles and birds regularly. The neighborhood and area are great- plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. It was within 15 minutes of Cape Coral beach and 25 minutes of Fort myers beach. We brought our 2 chihuahuas with us and found that the house and neighborhood were very pet friendly, the screened in pool area was great for them to run around in. There was a dog park we took them to that was only 10 minutes away, that was a plus. Overall we were very happy with the house and easy transaction, we plan to return very soon.
