Great house, great experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Felix. The house is away from all the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds which is exactly what we were looking for. The house was very clean, spacious and we felt truly at home. The lanai/pool area was an extension of the living room area. We spent a lot of time there and ate all our meals. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of relaxing by the pool and trying to avoid crowds. At the same time, it is close enough to beaches and other entertainment areas by car.

Beautiful place to stay

It is a very clean house with everything you need for a beautiful vacation. There is a nice water park some minutes to drive and Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is approx. 30 minutes to drive with lots of shopping posibilities and restaurants between. We loved to be there.

We thoroughly enjoyed a whole month at Sunshine Villa. It was totally accommodating. I had brought a few things I was not sure they would have, but they had everything and then some. The ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge came in very handy. The king-size beds were a pleasant surprise. The pillows were amazing. The pool and hot tub were awesome, once we figured out the heating system. We brought our dog and having a vacant lot on either side of us was a huge plus. The recently opened Seven-Eleven at the end of the road has come in handy on a few occasions. All in all, we were totally happy with this choice of vacation rental. Hopefully one day, we will be back.
