This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool/jacuzzi home has everything you need to make your vacation a memorable one. You will be spending your vacation at 2,200 sq.ft. living area under AC.

The entire living area is air conditioned and the individual rooms have ceiling fans. You will enjoy watching the 52" big screen TV you can watch it either from the kitchen, dining area or lounging on the comfortable reclining leather sectional couch. You can laydown and relax after a long day at the beach.

Relax outside or party at the spacious screen cage enclosed patio. You can get some sun at the pool equipped with comfortable chairs. For your pleasure there is also a Jacuzzi. The swimming pool is heated and has underwater lights.

Fantastic property!

We were extremely happy with our vacation rental--the layout of the house was great, the pool was beautiful and heated, and there is so much space-so even if you have a family staying there, everyone has their space! Having bikes available was very nice as well as the fishing poles. Washer and dryer was helpful too. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, and it was an easy drive to the grocery store and local restaurants. We strongly recommend rental of this property!

Fabulous Vacation Home!

This house was in a great location...not far from Ft. Myers, Sanibel, Naples. The house was exremely clean and organized. No clutter. The pool/hot tub was an excellent perk to the property. My 3 young boys could have spent every day in the pool. Upon request, the owner provided us with a booster seat and pack n play for our 18 month old. Very quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home!!!

Beautiful Home w/ Minor Issues

February 2, 2011

The house was very nice and clean but we experienced some minor issues. There seemed to be a electrical issue. We had light bulbs blow 3 times and when the pool pump kicked in the lights flickered. The hot tub jets quit working twice as well. The reponse from the owner and property mgr was good. I would recommend this property. John
