3 Bedroom home with heated pool on a canal with boat lift and fast access to Gulf. Shopping,resturants,marina,nightlife all less than 1 mile. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood that is close to everything but private and perfect for walking or biking. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are only about 20 minutes away.

Vacation Home for Five Weeks

March 21, 2012

We rented this house in Cape Coral for our winter vacation and it was a quiet place to relax and unwind... On a dead end street it backed up to a canal and the pool and lanai were private and peaceful... The house had recently been redone except for the kitchen and it was very comfortable. Furnishings and decor were nice... We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the garage to keep our car out of the Florida sun... Would recommend this house for its comfort and convenient location.

Cape Coral Rocks!

This is the first time that we have rented an actual home for a month down here in sunny Cape Coral. And what a great experience it was! Brian, the owner, was extremely cordial and helpful right from the start. He is quick to answer any question or sort out any minor problem. The house itself is lovely - nicely furnished and very clean. It's equipped with all kinds of amenities to make a renter's stay well worthwhile. The location is ideal not only becuase of its being situated along a beautiful canal but also because it provides easy access to shopping, entertainment and nearby visitor attractions. Who wouldn't enjoy sitting beside or swimming in the beautiful pool at the rear of the home? The water's always clear and warm and well maintained. It's also a great gathering point for friends and neighbours who can enjoy the use of the barbecue for lunch and/or dinner. The sunsets are spectacular each night. The weather was fantastic with temperatures averaging 75-82 degrees each day for the entire month - and not one drop of rain in the process. So Annie and I heartily agree that the money we spent on our rental in Cape Coral was worth every penny and we recommend it to anyone interested in an ideal stay in Cape Coral!

Super month in the sun!

My husband and I enjoyed the pool daily, the access to the water, and the location. We had plenty of room fo family to visit and not feel crowded at all. Owner was extremely responsive to some needed home repair issues and communicated well throughout the whole rental process.
