FANTASTIC

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, for the month of March, 2013. The owners, Dick and Hetty, were wonderful to work with and provided information about restaurants, shopping and boating in the area. This was extremely helpful as it was our first time in Cape Coral. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. All of the amenities were provided and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big and roomy and there were two walk-in closets. Even though it was an unusually cool March, we spent many hours in and around the lanai and pool area enjoying our morning coffee or grilling out. The house is located on one of the larger canals with easy access to the ocean. Boating in the area is great! This was our first experience renting a home off of Vacation Home Rentals and our experience far exceeded our expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone considering renting a vacation home. The pictures are accurate, but really don't do justice to the size and overall beauty of this property! Thank you Dick and Hetty for sharing your home. We're already looking forward to our return next year!

Cape Coral Home

We rented this canal home for a week in Dec/Jan 2013. The home is absolutely beautiful. It was well equipped with all the amentities you could need. We have been Florida homes for several years and this home was by far the nicest and had the most well equipped kitchen we have ever seen.. The pool is huge and my boys spent many hours enjoying it. My husband and I enjoyed the lanai every morning for coffee as well as most of our meals. The huge grill was definetly an added bonus. The neighbors were very friendly as well as the pool caretaker. We can't wait to come back and will definetly rent this home again!! Thanks so much Hetty for sharing your home with us and the speedy return of the security deposit. You were wonderful to work with.

We rented 3229 10th Ave in February and March of 2012. What a beautiful and impressive place. It had been elegantly refinished down to the Grandfather clock and the mosaic tiling in the front hall. We were very comfortable, swimming every day, walking the quiet neighbourhood and watching the boat traffic on the canal. The location was very central, whether to the airport, shopping or various tourist attractions. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this home.

My wife and I stayed at 3229 Ave. in Cape Coral, FL in January 2012. The house was very nice, clean, nice furniture and very roomy. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal. We really liked the lanai and pool area, used it several times. The house is on a canal and some really nice boats would come by. The house is close to shopping, restaurants, really anything you would need. If you like to walk or ride your bike the street in front of the house is excellent for that, we walked every morning.
