Located in the private community of Oakwood in Lehigh Acres, Lee County of Florida it takes approximately 15-30 min. to get to Florida's most beautiful beaches like Ft.Myers Beach, Bonita Beaches, Naples-Vanderbilt Beach, Lover's Key and many more. Convenient located 25 minutes from Ft.Myers International airport. Sanibel and Captiva are about 20 min away. There are also numbers of public 18-holes-golf courses in the area. We have 'snow birds' but we also welcome families, groups, newlyweds and retired couples, and of course, anyone longing for the privacy and convenience that only a vacation rental can offer.

Other Fees: The reservation is based on two (2) adults. Upon signing a contract, 40% down is due within seven (7) days. The balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the check in date. Reservations will be cancelled due to non-payment.

Fun Time in The Sun

We really enjoyed our time in Florida. The house was great it met all our needs. It made us feel like were at home. The Rental Agency was pleasant to deal with. We are planning to do this again. I would highly recommend this home.
