Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental

Gulf Access Luxury Caribbean Style 3 bedroom 2.5 bath,heated salt water pool,waterfall,pool bar,boat dock with lift.4-5 minutes with boat to the River.Walking distance to down towns shopping,restaurants & entertainments.4 minutes drive to public beach.

The home was complete rebuilt/modernized Year 2010
with top of the line stainless steel appliances,walnut cabinets and granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms.New designer furniture's,LCD/HD TV'S,DVD,CD's
and a new built customized pool deck with heated "salt water" pool,waterfall and a pool bar. The home was rented out for the first time as a vacation home AUGUST-2010.

The House is fully equipped for 10 adults, sleep maximum 8 adults + 2 children.

with leather sofa group with a hide away Queen size bed, LCD/HD TV,DVD,CD players,High speed wireless internet connection.

LARGE BAR KITCHEN

Great Home

Great experience. My wife and I stayed at this house for our honeymoon and it could not have been a better experience. Close to restaurants and shopping. The view is amazing and having the pool available was great. If looking for a Sandy Beach prepare for a drive because the beach that is close does not have sand. Close to all amenities and Chris and Yvonne were great. I would definitely recommend using Captain Pat for a chartered fishing trip if you enjoy fishing. The house was gorgeous and plenty of space. Will consider for future usage.

Chris and Yvonne were great to work with; they provided us with all the information and amenities my family needed. We used their free limousine service and they even arranged for us to stop at the grocery store on our way to the house. The property was amazing, very clean and well appointed; they were gracious hosts, in fact a bottle of wine and a pound of coffee was there waiting for us. We had perfect weather so we made great use of the tranquil salt water pool and the surrounding picturesque patio. The six of us had a goal to enjoy each other’s company and relax, this was easily accomplished. My adult children rode the brand new bicycles around the quiet neighborhood; in fact Chris brought us another bike and a new raft for the pool without us even asking. He was only a phone call away, he never stopped by unless we asked him to, and we felt like it was truly our place. It was a great getaway and we would do it all again.

Nice vacation home

About the only issue we had was Mother Nature not cooperating with our stay in Cape Coral. The house was nicely appointed and only missing a few necessities. It is in a good location of the city, close to everything we were interested in. We enjoyed our stay and especially the complimentary Limo service as a holiday gift from the owners. We're not big partiers or it may have been even better however, we took our young children to a steak house and had a nice dinner and then ride back to the house. The driver offered to drive us around for the duration of our 4 hours out but we respectfully declined the invitation. Overall, a pleasant stay.

cleanest rental ever! Very nice owners. Thought you were in a hotel. Incredible salt water pool and outdoor area. We spent most of our time outside!
