Area Info
Villa Azurro is located just minutes from Cape Coral Beach where you can go for sun, sand and swimming. It is a nice white-sand beach on the Caloosahatchee River. The beach also has a playground and a snack bar that sometimes has a live music band playing. You can get away from the sun in covered areas, it also has picnic tables in the shade. By the way, the Yacht Club Beach has a public swimming pool, huge 300 ft. long fishing pier, a boat ramp, a boat gasoline station, buildings for events, a marina and plenty of parking. It is a family beach, no partying spring-breakers. The first Wednesday of the month there is always a sunset celebration. Sometimes there are weddings on the beach, the trees next to the beach are home to green parrots.
If you prefer Gulf Beaches, Sanibel and Captiva are just 30 minutes away, with the boat even quicker. Fort Myers Beach is also fun, but more crowdy. Bonita Beach and Naples are great as well. Take your sun lotion, picnic and a blanket. Enjoy!

Family Fun!

May 31, 2012

The house was great for our family. The kids loved the pool and the kitchen was well equipped for a week-long stay. The location was convenient and appropriate for a family with small children. Thanks for a fun stay!

Great house

May 27, 2012

It was a lovely house, nothing to complain about. And no problems for us to heat the pools :o) If any, the only issue, the queenbeds could have been a little bit softer, they were close to hard. The location close to the channel is lovely and it's nice to have canoes and bikes to use. And both the kids and the adults had fun with the table tennis and airhockey games. We could definitely come back again.

Beautiful house, beautiful area

February 1, 2012

This house was gorgeous! It sat right at the end of a canal, which provided a great view. We did not rent the boat that was available with the house, but we spoke with a few of the neighbors who raved about the great boating in the area. Maybe next time! The pictures do not do the house itself justice. It was spacious and light and exactly what you'd want in a beach house. The only negative thing I could say about it is that it really isn't toddler friendly, but that's not exactly a claim it makes. We did have trouble getting the pool warm enough to swim in, but the hot tub was perfect. The neighborhood was excellent. We especially enjoyed the nearby yacht club that had free parking, a beautiful man-made beach, and an area for kids. It was just as pretty and enjoyable as the other beaches we visited. We would definitely stay here again.
