Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental
This 2 bedroom(one has king-size bed that can easily be transformed to twins, the second bedroom has a full size bed) fully furnished home is considered as one of the most desirable vacation homes where you can relax while enjoying your holidays. This is a NO SMOKING property. The lush green atmosphere and completely noise free from the city crowd makes this a perfect home. The interior of the home is totally renovated. The fully equipped kitchen offers every necessary appliance such as Toaster oven, stove with convection oven,silverware, glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots/pans, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, kitchen linens & much more. Dining area with table & 4 chairs plus a breakfast bar with 2 stools. Each bedroom has 2 closets.
For your entertainment, there are two Flatscreen TV's with Dishnetwork,you can watch 2 different Channels at the same time,Regionfree DVD Player, WI-FI internet, Telephone (local calls are free), sofa & loveseat in the t.v area. Enjoy your cup of tea in the screened lanai overlooking the Garden and Koi pond with complete privacy as the backyard is completely fenced in.

$ 1400.00 for 2 and 1600.00 monthly for 4 people

There are grocery stores very close to the property, from fast food restaurants to fine dining close by. Shopping centers, movie theaters, outdoor activities, kayaking, boat trip to Cayo Costa. Sanibel Island & Ft.Myers Beach are a short drive away. Cape Coral Yacht Club is open to the public, has a lovely white sandy beach, with a beautiful swimming pool, picnic area, restaurant & a pier where you may watch one of our beautiful sunsets. If you enjoy golfing we have many public courses close by also.

Wonderful Vacation

Everything you need is here. I was amazed that things you wouldn't expect are here. Razor,toothbrush,fluffy towels,herb garden& every kitchen tool youwould need. Even a water treatment system. It was quiet and convienent. We would come back in a flash.
