Enjoy a vacation in this beautiful waterfront home in quiet, Southwest Cape Coral just outside Cape Harbor. Relax in your own private, electrically heated pool and hot tub or enjoy your own private sauna room. The large, poolside patio area is fully screened and furnished with luxurious patio furniture. Located minutes from the Gulf of Mexico on a quiet, wide canal that has a Southern exposure. Fish from our dock. No need to have a fishing license to fish from a private dock in Florida.

Located within walking distance of beautiful Cape Harbor and the fabulous new restaurant, "Rumrunners." Convenient location with a Publix grocery store, pharmacy, and numerous shops, and restaurants just a few blocks away.

All rooms are brightly decorated with ceiling fans and Surround-Sound throughout. The kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with double ovens and a Jen-air stove. The Lani has a large stainless steel BBQ. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a fabulous “Roman” bathroom with walk-thru shower.

The entire back of the house has large sliders that open to the pool area. The master bedroom is also separated from the family room and other bedrooms for added privacy. The family room is equipped with a large TV, DVD player, and surround sound.

The well-maintained grounds are lushly landscaped and surrounded with large tropical palms, which gives you privacy from your next-door neighbors. At night the landscape and dock are softly lit for a romantic effect. You are sure to enjoy the relaxing comfort of southwest Florida in this beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean home.

Just minutes away from Cape Harbor Marina with several restaurants, night life and shopping. Just 3 miles from local shopping center with Publix Grocery store, restaurants, postal needs and pharmacy.

Just 15 minutes from local beach and just 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers and Sanabel.

Bang up time during 4th of July

July 10, 2012

My wife and I spent hours looking for the right place for weeks before we found this house. We were thrilled with the space for us and our two young kids. There was plenty of space, the pool was wonderful with a security screen for safety for the kids at night, a hot tub that fed into the pool via waterfall that the kids love. The deck offered a great view of the canal. The location was a few minutes drive from "main street" Cape Coral and just down the street from Cape Harbor which has a great coffee and dessert place.
