Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental
Beautifully remodeled home with Southern exposure, fully furnished for your holiday get-away. Located on a Gulf Access canal, great for fishing and boating. Private fenced backyard at the canal. Large swimming pool with standing ledge approximately 3 ft. down around the deep end of the pool. Pool has solar heat for those winter months. 3 bedrooms with sleeping for 6. 1 car garage fully available for tenant use. Home is located in SW Cape Coral, just 20 mins drive to Fort Myers Beach and 30 mins to Sanibel/Captive Islands. Pool area is equipped for entertaining. The pool area is private and has a great view of the gulf access canal. The spacious home boasts comfortable decor to have you resting in FLORIDA style. Canal has sailboat access, no bridges or boat locks to the River. Five minutes with boat to the main River close to the gulf.
Inflatable mattress available for extra sleeping space. Local and unlimited long distance phone service available in this home as well as wireless high speed internet capabilities. Small dogs under 30lbs welcome in this home - prior owner approval needed. Please note this home is Non-Smoking.
CHILD FRIENDLY:
Exterior door and Lanai door handles are located up high so little kids can't escape.

Wonderful vacation home!

We had such a great time; fishing, swimming, sunning, relaxing! The home is so very comfortable for a vacation home; everything we needed for beach, cooking, etc. Even internet to stay in touch with our family. In a safe neighbourhood, with nice neighbours and publix close by. All communications were fast and clear. We felt very welcome!

Great Holiday

We rented this home with another couple for 9 days. The house was very clean and had everything in the kitchen imaginable to cook and clean with. This was excellent for us as we really liked to do home cooking. We even brought our favorite recipes. We had perfect weather while we were there with highs in the mid 80's and the lo 60's at night. We highly recommend a stay here in Cape Coral. The pool right on your own property was a bonus if you needed to cool off and just relax with a good book by the canal. ps Don't miss the Edison and Ford museum in Fort Myers

The house was great. The pool was great. They had everything we needed for a day at the beach. They are walking distance to a grocery store. It really was a home away from home.

Best rental management on excellent property

Ease of booking and friendly assistance from Property management. My family and I enjoyed the 3 short and memorable days at Cape Coral. Wished we could have more time at Cape Coral . Overall, the property has beautiful swimming pool, cozy atmosphere, easy access from main road around a nice and quiet neighborhood. In addition, the internet access was great for my family to stay in touch with family back home. Will return to this property again when we have vacation down in Florida

House was perfect for our family of four! Mom was happy sunning on deck-dad and son were happy fishing off dock/daughter was happy swimming in pool!! We had a boat of a couple of days-was great having it there at the dock for our use!! Highly recommend this house!! We will definitely be back!!

We have enjoyed this 3 BR 2 bath home is in a pleasant neighborhood with nice neighbors and a responsive landlord. It has a large & heated pool and a lanai with excellent sun exposure. It also offers a canal with relatively easy gulf access. The location is convenient to beaches,restaurants and shopping. Although it is located on a busy street, that is more than compensated by the other outstanding features of this comfortable home. This is our second year here and we plan on returning next year.

This home was in a very convenient location and was very nice to stay in. The beach and shopping district are just a short drive away. It is in a very nice neighborhood. It has a good sized pool and has spacious rooms equipped with everything you would need. I will definitely look into renting this house again.
