This beautiful 5 bedroom villa is suitable for 12.The Bedrooms offers you 1 King size Bed,3 Queen size Beds,2 Single Beds and a Fold n out Queen size bed.And out of those five bedroms one of the bedrooms do not have a closet.The kitchen is fully equipped with Modern Equipments with all modern Modern equipments.All the bathrooms like both of the bathrooms are fully equipped as well.

A big amd huge screen TV with DVD Player is situated beside the fire place.Other amenities like satellite TV,BBQ grill and large screened pool is also available for your Enjoyment.The family room is big and very friendly comes with all new things such as new furniture and enjoy the amazing view of the canal from the patio doors to lanai.

Wonderful vacation home - Christmas 2013

The property is well maintained and very comfortable. We were 8 in our party (and 2 dogs) and the 5 bedrooms allowed us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is well stocked with all cutlery, pots, pans etc. that you would need. This served us well as we cooked our Christmas turkey and ham! One of the best features is the screened in lanai and pool area. The lanai is partially covered with a ceiling fan for those who want to be out of the sun; and there are two loungers for those that want to get a tan. The pool was enjoyed by all. With the weather in the high 90s, we enjoyed every meal outside and certainly enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai looking out at the fish jumping in the canal. The house is tiled throughout which made it easy to clean up after the kids and the dogs. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and shopping is about 10 minute drive away. The property is approx. 45 minutes to fort myers beach/sanibel island. MHB property management was easy to deal with from the initial booking, obtaining the code to enter the house, to the checking out process. The bottle of wine they left for us on our arrival was a welcome surprise. It was a great holiday - I would certainly recommend this home.

Comfortable and calm

A very nice journey in this house with 5 kids, very comfortable and newly refurbished however the surroundings have no special interest. Very good price quality balance.
