Relax and enjoy every minute of your vacation in our quiet suburban neighborhood of Cape Coral. Designed to let you kick back and enjoy yourselves, soak in the hot tub, or swim in our delightful pool in winter. There are opportunities to sit on the dock watching the boats go by, or to fish and catch something to grill for supper. You can sneak a siesta on the hammock, read by the pool in the screened-in outdoor room, or sip your favorite drink on the covered patio outside the master bedroom.
The kitchen is set up with ease in mind, including side-by-side refrigerator, freezer with filtered water and ice on the door,ceramic top stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Easy wash cookware and coffeemaker/expresso maker, ninja smoothie maker and ice crusher, mixer, combo toaster for bagels too, are available.
If you like grilling, we have a hybrid grill which includes gas, charcoal and infrared grilling options,so you can really cook for a large party or just for 2.
Or you can plan to enjoy the many wonderful casual and fine-dining choice restaurants nearby. We frequently leave $25 off coupons for dinner at some of the best restaurants, to entice you to try something new.
The master bedroom has a King bed with memory foam topper, an absolute delight to sleep on and has a large walk in closet with luggage bench and plenty of closet storage. Master bath has shower. The Master bedroom also opens to the covered and screened patio with patio table and chairs for morning coffee or late evening meals.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with memory foam topper, and the bath is with combo shower-bathtub. Its closet is a nice broad closet with tiled risers to store luggage.
The third bed is a Queen bed, which is a Murphy bed in the Florida room.
Regarding TV's, the Master bedroom has a generous 37" flat screen TV with DVD player and local channels, and the other bedroom has a 26" flat screen TV with dvd and local channels.
Living and dining areas are combined. Seating is a leather couch and chair that both recline for watching the large 42" flatscreen with dvd capability, as well as cable channels and WIFI through out the indoor/outdoor area. Dining room table is counter height for ease and comfort, and set up for 6 but easily enlarges for 8. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for two.
The Outdoor room is partially covered and fully screened, with Pool and Jacuzzi. There are 3 zero gravity recliners,and outdoor seating for 7 total,as well as a hammock to relax in. If desired, the Florida room can be opened to the pool area for outdoor entertainment, while closing off the rest of the house, with sliding glass doors.
The washer and dryer are in the garage, as well as an iron and ironing board. There is a one car garage for parking or driveway parking available.
If you so choose you can go out and sit on the boat dock and fish in the shade of the 2 avocado trees and 2 palms. This year we have hooked tarpon, and caught sheepshead and mangrove snapper. There are fishing poles for you to use. September thru November you can pick as many avocados as you can eat, with the picker.
The back half of our property is fenced with dog door out from the screened outdoor room.

After catching up on your rest, you can set out for some exploration and excitement! Our location will suit you well.
Take a day trip to the everglades and ride an airboat and see the aligators and wildlife.. its a full day!
Closest beaches are the Four Freedom Park Beach on Bimini Basin which is 4.8 miles from our house , and there is the Cape Coral Yacht Club community Park beach which is 6.5 miles from our house.
Head out a little further to the beaches of Ft Myers,(15 miles away). Captiva and Sanibel Island beaches, like Lighthouse beach or Tarpon beach for swimming and shelling are both, less than 30 miles away. Bowmans Beach, just off Sanibel-Captiva Road is a beautiful gulfside beach which also offers the most public parking of any of the island beaches.
There are cruises from Captiva Island for dolphin watching, or to out-islands like Gasparilla Island to the quaint town of Boca Grande for some shopping and browsing in art galleries.
If you're looking for fishing, don't miss going to Bokeelia on Pine Island, about 25 miles away. It is world famous for it's wide variety of fish on grounds or underground for you divers.
Grouper,Snapper,Tarpon,Blackfin shark, Sheepshead and Blue crab,can all be found, and only 40 minute drive from our home.
You might decide to rent jet skis or a boat to go out from the house. This can be accomplished at Prosperity Point Marina about 8 miles from the house. Our house is about 20 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River, and about 45 minutes to the Gulf.
Even a trip to Disney World in Orlando is do-able, being 150 miles or about 3 hours away.
